DianaMik Hospital Management Consultancy Service guides, Hospital owners promoters, doctors, trusts and healthcare investors through the regulatory journey of setting up a new hospital. A hospital cannot open, operate or expand without a series of approvals from multiple legal departments, each with its own law, forms, inspections and timelines. We simplify this by planning the sequence, preparing documentation, coordinating with authorities and tracking every approval through to issue and renewal.
2. Why Regulatory Compliance Matters
Legal right to operate: operating without valid licenses can attract penalties, sealing of premises or prosecution.
Patient and staff safety: fire, radiation, biomedical waste and lift safety directly protect lives.
Accreditation readiness: statutory compliance is the foundation for NABH and insurance/TPA empanelment.
Avoiding project delay: a missed approval early (for example plan approval or Fire NOC) can hold up the entire project and its financing.
